Our Trip - October 1 - 6, 2006
Visit the warm, friendly, picturesque towns and areas in the Catskills, in central NY, in leaf-peeping season. Our classes will be held in a meeting hall in Hobart, NY, near Cooperstown, Oneonta and other central Delaware County locations. We're just north of the Catskills Park, in scenic central New York state.
Paint scenic vistas, barns and farms, buildings, towns and picturesque hamlets with renowned watercolor artist Beverly Golembeski as workshop leader.
Each day, we'll have class instruction on site in local venues and scenic locations to paint and just enjoy our surroundings. Each morning or afternoon session will be followed by a critique as we develop a 'visual' approach to the area.
Beverly has had association with this area for over 35 years, and can offer good advice on local scenes, restaurants, and opportunities to enjoy this workshop.
Our Itinerary
October 1 - Time TBD

Locations in and around the Hobart, NY area will be the sites for our plein aire painting lessons. Informal lunches will be possible in our various locations. Dinners and accommodations are the responsibility of each participant. See the links to sources of lodging at the end of this description.
We'll meet each morning, and travel in caravan {each participant must have their own transportation - group members can "buddy up"} to our location for the day.
